The intelligent welding solution for aluminum alloy tank is composed of a laser sensor, a host control unit, a CUTEWELDER software system. With our solution, the user just needs to enter the feature parameters of the workpiece. In the meantime, the image algorithm inside the CUTEWELDER software system can also shield the interference of the joints, arc and spatter. The accuracy of the tracking weld can reach +-0.1mm. Moreover, the solution can be used for high-reflective workpiece such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy and polished metal, etc.
