It can collect the seam information for workpieces with complex structures such as membrane water-cooled walls, container corrugated plates, transformer tank, corrugated heat sinks, etc. Pre-scanning algorithm from CUTEWELDER software can achieve path planning for multiple weld beads with one single scan, and improve the efficiency of welding operations.
For workpieces with complex welding process, dense welding bead, and large amount of repeated teaching, such as membrane tube wall and transformer oil tank, the pre-scanning algorithm built in CUTWELDER can capture the feature points that meet the preset conditions in the scanned image of the sensor through a single scan. Then, the welding trajectory can be intelligently planned through the combination of feature points, that is, the accurate trajectory planning of multiple welding beads can be completed through a single scan.
The design of the internal circulation air path, purge airway, protective lens and anti-spatter shield can prevent the side effects caused by the large amount of heat energy, smoke, spatter and any other interference in the welding process to the image collection and analysis, which ensures the products to adapt to a variety of complex and harsh environment.
