General Seam Tracking & Seam Finding Sensor is a series of product developed by IntelligentLaser. It is a high-speed and compact 3D laser vision system for real-time seam tracking such as laser welding, laser hybrid welding and laser brazing. It ensures to guide the robot to find the joint accurately. It is designed for robotic welding processes and it can be applied for all types of welding materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys.
A workpiece contains different types of joints, so different inspection parameters are required for targeted inspection. The JOB system supports 99 sets of welding seam detection parameters (support customization). The welding seam tracking system detection parameters are updated in real-time according to the robot welding process, and the operation is flexible and convenient.
CUTWELDER is independently developed by our experienced team. It adopts modular design, friendly interface and perfect functions. Alternative languages and particular menus are friendly to non-professionals.
The host control unit can be connected with a variety of display terminals. At the same time, it adopts a user-friendly interface design, which is convenient for on-site operation to set parameters and image switching. It can be equipped with commercially available monitors, notebook computers, pads, etc.
The software can preset nearly 30 standard/non-standard joint types, which can be quickly configured according to different working conditions (joint characteristics, workpiece material, welding process, etc.), and the operation is convenient.
